Do you know your ideal customer?
Your typical customer, client, or patient buys what they need, but your ideal customer, client, or patient buys what they want. And when you understand the difference it can add huge amounts of dollars to your bank account. You see, people will spend money on what they want because they can go anywhere to get what they need. Think about a car dealership, if you just need a car you can go buy something made of steel with four wheels and a steering wheel. But people pay up to $100,000 and more for a car because they want all of the things that come with it, the gadgets, the air-conditioned seats, the built-in refrigerator. I mean, if you look at cars today it’s amazing what they come with. You don’t need it, you want it.
