Hey everybody, Small Business Stacey. I get it. You’re a busy, time-starved small-business owner or entrepreneur. You want to make sure that when you’re creating content, you’re seeing an ROI and getting a big bang for your buck. So what kind of marketing can you do that will give it to you? Video marketing.
Video marketing is so powerful. It is the only strategy right now that can truly be multi-purposed. It is the strategy that my clients are using to get their marketing into action. You see, one video can easily be repurposed in so many ways. You create the video, and then you can do it, or me and my team can do it, but either way, that video can then be repurposed onto social media.
Marketing is no longer about the stuff that you make, but about the stories you tell.
Now, before you post it on social, I actually suggest that you go to Rev.com and get it transcribed. You can have it made into an SRT file and that way when you load it to the social media platforms, you not only have the video, but you have the little words as well, because sometimes as people are scrolling through their social media feeds, they may not have their audio on so they can actually see the words if they don’t want to turn on the audio. So you actually get a double bang for your buck there.
In addition, your video can then be repurposed and made into a blog post, you put it on your website. You pull out the audio and it makes a great podcast. Then, of course, you use it to send out an email to your prospects, your customers, your clients, your patients. One piece of content gets repurposed in so many ways. Imagine, if you could just make one video a week, the power that would give you in your content marketing and help you develop that know-like-trust factor, ultimately leading to a huge ROI so you can sell more.
