"Before working with Stacey I was a struggling realtor. Today I am the #1 producing agent in my area. I could not have done that without Stacey's marketing brilliance."
I use a tool called LastPass. LastPass is a true savior both for business and personal. It’s one tool that keeps all passwords in one place. Let me show you how it works. When you log into LastPass, it keeps all of the passwords for anything that you want to store in here. You can organize them by folders and you can certainly search for anything that you want to find. So, if I want to find my Infusionsoft password, I can do that. And then all you have to do is click launch where it opens up the program. What I especially love about it is the ability to share with a team. So when I bring on a new marketing client, they may be a little bit apprehensive about sharing their usernames and passwords. All they have to do is share it via LastPass and then I and my team can access their programs without even knowing ever what the username and password is. If for some reason the relationship goes bad, they just change their sharing status, meaning me and or my team would no longer be able to access it.
Treat your password like your toothbrush. Don’t let anybody else use it, and get a new one every six months.
So LastPass is a fabulous way to organize, keep track, and have one place for all your usernames and passwords. You’re probably thinking, “Oh, it’s a great solution Stacey, but I bet it’s ridiculously expensive”, not so. Let’s see, they have personal plans that range from free to $4 a month, and as a business, only $4 to $8 a month. Ridiculously inexpensive. A true deal to do away with all the spreadsheets and headaches and security issues of not having your passwords secured. I have no relationship with LastPass, no affiliation with them at all. It’s just a tool that I use in my business with my clients, and it is one tool that I could not work without. I give you the opportunity to go check it out (https://www.lastpass.com/). I think you’ll find it very valuable and useful. Leave me a comment below what you think about it.
