A car is just a car, right? One car company is doing it right and I’ll show you why:
Here’s a transcript of the video:
I’m here at the auto show today and I want to tell you that small businesses can learn a lot from going to shows like this.
You go to an auto show and you see eight million cars, they all look the same, they’re all sitting there stagnant, you open the door people sit in them, whoop whoop, but let me show you who’s doing it a little bit different: Jeep. They’re not just showing their cars, they are letting people experience the car. Watch this . . . Jeep, everybody that’s to take a test ride, will experience what it’s like to buy a Jeep.
Now are you going to be more excited to go and sit in the car or to take a drive like this and and experience that. Wow.
So when you’re thinking of ways to market your business, think of how you can make it an experience so that people will talk about it.
Everybody here in line has their phone and is filming this and will put it on Facebook and share with the world.
So how can you take something as simple as a car and make it into an experience?
Think about that and share your comments with me.
This is “Small Business Stacey” signing off from the D.C. Auto Show, bye bye.
