“What else?” marketing. “What else?” marketing can make you a lot of money.

Hey, everybody. “Small Business Stacey” here with my friend Sami. We’re talking about marketing today. Specifically, “what else?” Marketing. This was a lesson that really came to light for me this past week. You see, in my coffee and smoothie business, I had a client who called me because we had done a shaved ice bar for them before and they reached out via email, saying, “You know, you did the shaved ice bar before. I looked at your website. I see you do coffee also. Can you tell me a bit more about that?” Which made me realize, I should have been telling them more about the other products and services we offer. Well, after reaching out to her and saying, “We don’t just do coffee, we also do smoothies and chocolate fountains and we can be your one-stop solution for all of your staff appreciation needs,” because they were doing one event every day, the following week, we got the contract. Every dingle day. What had originally started out as a $500 job turned into a $5,000 job because of what else Marketing.

Now, remember, it’s not your clients’, your customers’, your patients’ responsibility for them to know what you do and what you offer. It’s your job to remind them by sending out emails, being on social, sending out a printed newsletter so that “what else?” Marketing, you’re always front of mind when they think, “What else can you do for me?” Think about how you can implement “what else?” Marketing. Your wallet will thank you, your customers, clients, and patients will thank you.
